With our accident concierge, you will be mobile again quickly after your accident - without stress and a lot of paperwork.

If you entrust us with the regulation of your accident through no fault of your own If you instruct us as a legal service provider, we are authorised to invoice you for the enforcement of your claims.

To be precise, this is an invoice in accordance with § 2 and § 13 of the German Lawyers' Fees Act (RVG), i.e. exactly as you would expect from any lawyer.

We submit this invoice together with all your existing claims to the insurer liable to pay.

However, if you are at fault for the accident, this means that you or your comprehensive insurance will be liable for the recovery.

In the event of an accident through no fault of your own, you will not incur any costs from us, as our fee is part of your statutory compensation claim - and this is borne by the insurance company.

Thanks to our authorisation as a legal service provider, we are permitted to issue an invoice for the enforcement of your claims. We submit this invoice together with all your existing claims to the insurer liable to pay.

With a self-inflicted accident you or your comprehensive insurance must pay for the restoration.
