If you instruct us to settle your accident through no fault of your own, we will issue an invoice for the enforcement of your claims. The costs are based on the German Lawyers' Fees Act (RVG), i.e. exactly as you would expect from any lawyer.<\/p>

These costs will be enforced against the insurer liable to pay, just like all other claims for damages to which you are entitled.<\/p>
